A very fibrous, sticky mix creating a flexible and robust clay plaster formulated for use over straw bales where it absorbs the differential movement between the flexible straw bales on one side and the less flexible finish coats on the other.

This mix can even be trowelled or floated to a finish making it an extremely versatile plaster.

To prepare the bales fill any voids and cover any timbers with our hole filling mix then use our clay powder mixed with water to create a clay slip to paint or spray onto the bales.
